I’ll be honest… the middle of Ramadan is always the hardest for me.

The excitement of the first few days fades.
The tiredness settles in. And I start asking myself quietly, “Am I still being intentional… or am I just coasting?”

This is usually where I have to check my heart.
Because Ramadan isn’t about intensity. It’s about consistency.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are consistent, even if they are small.” (Bukhari & Muslim)

That reminder grounds me.

Not more.
Not perfect.
Just steady.

So if you’re feeling a little quieter this week, you’re not alone. Especially with everything happening around the world today, my heart is heavy. We have entered the 10 days of forgiveness, so let's come together as an ummah and amplify our duas.

Assalamu’alaikum and Ramadan Mubarak our dear family 🤍

A week of Ramadan has already passed. SubhanAllah.

A week of early mornings.
A week of intentional restraint.
A week of trying, even if imperfectly.

It’s amazing how quickly we settle into a new rhythm. When something is repeated consistently, it begins to reshape us. Effort slowly turns into instinct. And that’s exactly what Ramadan does.

It’s not only hunger and thirst. It’s softer words. More patience. Quiet charity. Returning to Allah again and again throughout the day.

Even if you can’t fully see it yet, something has already shifted.
