From sketch to sample, the Sotra Shirt took almost a year to get just right and we’re so happy to finally share it with you. 💚

We began with a beautifully textured fabric woven from h**p and organic cotton. Its natural character caught our attention straight away, while its medium weight gave us the structure we needed to create something relaxed, but still considered.

Made from a 55/45 blend of h**p and organic cotton, the fabric has a soft, organic texture and a rich depth of colour. Both fibres are grown without harmful pesticides or fossil-fuel-based fertilisers, keeping the fabric closely aligned with our values.

For the design, we created a relaxed, boxy silhouette with a V-neck open collar and wide half sleeves. Front and back shoulder yokes add a little structure, while the chest pocket keeps the shirt practical and easy to wear.

The curved corners, side slits and slightly longer back were all carefully considered to give the shape a more refined finish, something with the comfort of a casual top, but with a little more character than an everyday T-shirt.

The finished Sotra Shirt comes in Dark Navy and Warm Burgundy, two deep, earthy colourways that bring out the natural texture of the fabric beautifully.
