52 years ago ⭐ August 7th 1974 ⭐ stepped out on the wire between the Twin Towers in NYC and started to perform his high wire walk

The performance lasted for 45 minutes, during which Philippe Petit made 8 passes across the wire, during which he walked, danced and lay down on the wire ⭐

wearing the first pair of Tightrope boots I custom made for him in 2021 - still getting a kick out of this little video he made 🤍

The actual pair in the making in early 2021

The second pair I made for him - this time for his 50 year anniversary celebration TOWERING ⭐
Again a custom pair, with red eyelets as a special detail 🤍
