If you’re interested in what I’ve been going on about with the ketones drink here is a video to explain
The video is a bit corny but works well
I’ve lost 3/4 of a stone that I didn’t know I needed to lose 2 inches off of my belly
I’ve maintained this for the last two months


Have it in the morning do your training if you can
Then
skip breakfast
Which means you intermittent fast until one 2 o’clock
And be mindful not to eat rubbish with it but your body should be using the ketones
I definitely haven’t wanted to carbs i.e. rice bread potatoes.
And a lot less sweets crisps and Rubbish.
But at weekends do as you would normally and don’t use the drink.
