Good Bye, Golborne Road. Up to 70% off Outlet Store for the month of September.
At the end of September, we’re saying goodbye to 101 Golborne Road.
It was never supposed to be long term. With a little bit of help - thank you Rosie at RBKC - a three month pop up turned into a five year stint on West London’s ‘last cool street’ - an accolade given by one of the first punters to come through the door anyway.
Hec spent the first three months on the shop floor without a chair. Owen Wilson popped in then became a regular. Summer parties spilled into the street and attracted some local bollockings. We demolished the basement to make way for our head office. Flax London became Original Fibres.
101 Golborne Road has been the epicentre of some huge milestones for the business.
Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a colourful chapter. But it’s time for a new one. There’s another OF store on the horizon and, for now, you can still visit us at our flagship store on Lamb’s Conduit Street in Bloomsbury.
The Golborne Road Outlet
For the month of September, 101 Golborne Road is becoming the Original Fibres Outlet with up to 70% off.
We have Wool Field Jackets from last Autumn, Heavy Linen Shirts, Merino Wool Knitwear, more than 50 production samples, and a series of one off pieces we’ve unearthed while packing up the design studio - items that never went into production, fabrics that ended up being too expensive, colours we loved but didn’t make the final cut.
The Outlet is now open and well stocked. Head down when you get the chance. It’ll be open 10-6, every Monday to Saturday. 11-5, every Sunday. 101 Golborne Road, London W10 5NL
