Huda Kattan, the founder of the well-known makeup brand Huda Beauty, expressed concern that her business might suffer due to her support for Palestine amid the Gaza conflict. The 40-year-old Iraqi-American beauty mogul revealed receiving online threats for her pro-Palestinian stance in a video shared on TikTok and Instagram.
"I've been intimidated in a variety of ways, all aimed at getting me to remain silent." 'Why do the want me to be silent?' | had to question myself. "I'm talking about hurting innocent people," she remarked in the video.
According to Newsweek, Kattan's cosmetics company is worth $1.2 billion. Huda Beauty's yearly revenues are estimated to be around $200 million, according to Forbes.
She also has 54 million Instagram followers. Kattan, on the other hand, isn't about to hold back from voicing her opinion online. Kattan added in the video, "I'm willing to risk to my entire business, everything I have on that, in seek of truth and justice, and we have to be willing to do that.”

We have implemented successful boycotts on several major billion dollar companies. Made big companies take down ad campaigns they spent millions of dollars on. Put on a global strike. Put pressure on politicians and organized world peaceful protests. We MUSLIMS CAN work together and should work together.
We now, each one of us should become stronger and smarter! We should support each other! Go build whatever you wanted to build, learn whatever you wanted to know and spread peace and love 🤞🏻
