ITS CLOUDY BUT BRIGHTER: This is your friendly reminder that the daylight has been increasing everyday since 22 Dec. The UK is getting lighter by 2 minutes and 7 seconds each day. This equates to an extra hour of daylight a month from 19 January onwards. Welcome to your February! ⛅️❤️

Hi there, our Christmas order reminder is here! Deadline for Christmas orders is 8th Dec. Orders received after that will be sent in the new year.
Pure and Dimple has had a quiet year this year with many different projects on the go. We have also made an effort not to increase prices despite all the pressures in the current retail world. I would like to say a big thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and still spreading the word.

Are your kids book fans? Have yours discovered audiobooks yet?
When mine were very little, it was amazing how much more settled they would be with music or background noise on. (Our favourite was CBeebies Radio). As they got older, audiobooks became invaluable for car rides, settling down in the dark, or just hanging out. Some of our favourites are:
📚
- The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep. I used this in the toddler stages but the kids have started requesting it again for bedtime. Works every time to hypnotise them to sleep. I tried the real book but personally found it too difficult to keep my own tired eyes open. 😴
- The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar - classic random Roald Dahl but narrated by Andrew Scott (the hot priest - say no more).
- Maz Evans - all of the books in the 4-part collection, based on Greek Mythology and the Olympian Gods. I’d say around from age 9.
- the Hilda books - the series is on Netflix and the graphic novels have great illustrations. Hilda’s world is so fantastic and imaginative, with trolls and folklore creatures, and the Audiobooks have all the voices.
