Good morning everyone and Happy New Year for those I haven't seen this year yet.

Classes are running as normal from this week and we are officially training for our next belt in May.

Please make sure you have pen and paper to copy your exams before start to train.

Check out our new children and adults capoeira classes in Gravesend.

Capoeira is an art firm that evolves self-defence, music, dance, sport and history.

Our children classes are on Thursdays, from 4pm at St Marks Church Hall on London Road, Gravesend. Closest station is Gravesend.

Our adults classes are also on Thursdays, from 7.45pm at Eastgate, Springhead, Northfleet on 141 Springhead Parkway. Closest station is Ebbsfleet International.

Good afternoon everyone,

2020 was a difficult year for everyone. But here we are in 2021 standing firm on our feet.

We are now organising ourselves to resume our classes as normal.

We are continuing part of the classes online to make sure that those who can not be present in classes face-to-face, are not left behind. At the moment we have guaranteed the Saturdays at 10.30am, in the Mildmay Community Centre, Woodville Rd, N16 8NA. All other classes are pending and in negotiation to re-open. Therefore, we are keeping the Mondays to Fridays online, subject to changes.

*Our first face-to-face class will be on Saturday, 17th of April 2021.*

Please be aware that Covid-19 policy practice is still in place.
• it'll be a drop off system only.
• please make sure you wear mask when dropping off and pick up your child.
• It should be nice if your could have your own alcohol gel to avoid cross contact.
• temperature might taken before admittance. If a child is above the average temperature we may ask you come back again next lesson.
• A limited area of 100 square feet might be considered in classes. But that's not an issue as we have plenty of space.

Please help us to organise ourselves before hand.

Muito bom dia todos,

Apesar das dificuldades vamos manter a capoeira viva divulgando e conhecendo um pouco da historia desses capoeiras de alma e de coração.
