We are currently making samples for young designers. We start by making the 1st sample in calico fabric. This highlights any problems/adjustments needed to the pattern. Once we are satisfied with the sample, we move on to constructing the jacket in leather.

Customer bought in an original Irvine flying jacket from the 1940's. We made the pattern and remade the jacket in shearling. Customer was over the moon. When the customer is happy, its makes the job more enjoyable 😀
