✨ The Gift of Eyesight ✨
A little while back, we asked the kids of Stoke Newington to draw us their interpretation of the gift of eyesight - a way to start conversations about eye health, regular check-ups, and looking after young eyes.
At our recent wine & nibbles evening - where we got to host the brilliant artists from the whose work has been living on our practice walls, four of the artists took on judging duties. After much deliberation they crowned two joint winners, Nyssa and Ellen!
then took both drawings and wove them into the beautiful repeating patterns you see here.
We are in the process of having these printed onto lens cleaning cloths, available in store over the coming months, with every single penny from the cloths going to Hackney Foodbank 💛
Huge thank you to everybody who entered, to the Chocolate Factory artists for judging and creating, and to everyone who came along to make the evening what it was.
