Lord David Young was the founding patron and championed the initiative which has received government recognition, worldwide press coverage and support from leading brands and corporate organisations. The four pillars of National Mentoring Day are to connect, educate, support, and celebrate the impact of mentoring across enterprise, education and society. Chelsey’s career includes over twenty years in media, television, communications, publishing, PR and marketing. As an international speaker, commentator and presenter, Chelsey campaigns tirelessly to showcase the transformational power of mentorship with the aim of empowering and encouraging more people to take up mentoring.
