In 2016, after struggling to source the kind of high quality, extravagant leather they required to realise their own design projects, the 2 founders of the London Leather Shop travelled to Italy and they discovered the beauty of the Italian leather manufacturers and the immense variety of their leather finishing. Astonished by the quality and diversity, they decided to import some of the Italian l

eather manufacturing tradition to London, giving local designers the chance to discover new trends for convenient prices. In 2017, they founded the company and opened their beloved studio/shop in Charlton, London. The London Leather Shop sources its leather skins from the most prestigious Italian leather companies’ end of the season collections and also from renowned small Italian tanneries when they change their stocked leather skins collection. Buying from end-of-season leather collections allows The London Leather Shop to supply to its customers with a wide range of very particular leather skins, from intense colours to metallic, laminated, printed finishing, and also lets the company give competitive prices on their leather. This enables customers to find, at the London shop, bargains and offers on previous season’s leather stock made available at a cheaper price because it is off-season, but always of high quality.
