Starting in Málaga and climbing up to Ronda’s dramatic gorge, crossing the ancient bridge before heading west.
📍 Jerez
Walking the shadowy, cathedral-like barrel-vaults at Lustau - founded in 1896 with aging cellars tracing back into the 19th century - tasting centuries of sherry-making heritage on an incredible tasting tour.
📍 Sevilla
Base camp for three days. Diving into Mercado de Triana and vibrant local tapas bars for the absolute crème de la crème: Cinco Jotas jamón ibérico de bellota, classic pinchos like anchovy-packed Gildas and olives, silky gazpacho, tomato bruschetta, raw oysters, prawns, local beers, wines, and sherries.
Late-night atmosphere, flamenco dancing by the cathedral, and celebrating Spain winning the World Cup with the locals until the early hours.

The unforgettable stop on the way back from Seville to Málaga, nestled beneath cliff-carved whitewashed houses, savoring sweet tomatoes with rich tuna, deep-fried mussels, and traditional slow-cooked rabo de toro (bull's tail).

Heading down to the coast for pristine freshness: open-fire espetos de sardinas grilled over olive-wood right in the sand, alongside smoky charred calamar.
Ending at El Tintero on the beachfront: pure chaos, no menus, and waiters shouting out whatever just came off the grill for you to sn**ch straight from their trays. The ultimate taste of the coast.
