Yesterday I visited the beautiful Kenwood House in Hampstead wearing my new 'Always' dress in my latest print, 'Charlotte's Roses.'
This print was inspired by my dear friend Charlotte, who is a passionate gardener and has a particular love of roses. I wanted to capture the romance of an English garden in full bloom, creating a print that feels timeless, feminine and effortlessly elegant.
Printed on a beautiful Italian stretch cotton, the design features a subtle cream base scattered with painterly blooms in rich, warm reds, balanced by inky, deepest green leaves. It's a colour palette that is both striking and wonderfully easy to wear, whatever the season.
The Always Dress is one of my newest designs and has quickly become a favourite, particularly in this flattering ballerina length, which has proved incredibly popular. It's called Always because it's the dress you'll reach for time and time again. Today I've worn it casually with sandals for a walk through the gardens, but it's just as beautiful dressed up with heels for lunch, weddings or special occasions.
Made in London, the Always Dress combines comfort with careful tailoring. The looser bodice and softly cut sleeves give it an easy elegance, while my signature seam placement sculpts the waist and gently lifts the bust to create a beautifully feminine silhouette. A zip front makes it easy to wear, and, of course, it has the deep pockets that so many of you tell me you love.
