Great fun in Salcombe on Saturday ☀️ It’s been too long since I’ve been out selling to the public but when my son needed work experience I thought we’d have a warehouse sale and put him under some pressure! I spent 3 years doing gift fairs when I started the business and it was great to get back out in front of customers on Saturday. Thank you to everyone that came to the shop and essentially robbed me!

Follow the story of a one-clawed lobster, and how a pair of swim shorts saved him 🦞

🦞 This baby lobster was raised by the National Lobster Hatchery in Padstow, Cornwall. The hatchery lovingly raises lobster from eggs all the way to the point where they are strong enough to be released.

This is where we come in, at Reef Knots we support the hatchery through our ‘buy one set one free’ scheme.

So a pair of swim shorts saved this baby lobster.

For every pair of trunks sold, we fund the release of a baby lobster back into the wild. So you can dive into the ocean in a pair of swim shorts that helped support marine life.

You might notice that this particular lobster only has one claw. Lobsters have the ability to re-grow their limbs, so this little guy should have his other claw again after he moults a few times.

We wish this baby lobster luck on his journey out into the ocean! 🦞
