Elasha Creations Sewing Studio Welcome to Elasha Creations Sewing Studio. With over 35 years experience, I'm sharing the skill, teaching adults and children how to sew.

Lets do away with the throw away mentality and make things you love and create a wardrobe you love to wear. Sewing for over 25 years. I studied fashion and textiles and with 20 years experience working in the fashion industry before being made redundant, I've now decided to use my God given skills to work from home. I come from a family of creative people; tailors, seamstresses, interior designers

, creative artists and hair dressers. I've always loved making things from my 1st school project, a skirt I made and wore with pride as part of my school uniform, to outfits for my children, to bridesmaids dresses for friends, to my aunts wedding dress and many other projects. I love seeing what's on paper come to life on the body and the reaction from others is so inspiring. Today I'm excited I get help some more of you creatives get started in garment making as we begin the 4 week garment making course.😍

I didn’t start my business because I wanted a logo, a website, or to be “my own boss”.
I started because sewing changed me.

After 20 years in the fashion industry, I knew how powerful it was to create something with your own hands, not just clothes, but confidence.
Then life shifted. Motherhood, priorities, purpose.

I wanted children and adults to feel that moment I see every week in the studio:
“I made this.”🪡

Elasha Creations was born from a love of sewing, yes, but more than that, from a desire to pass on a skill that empowers, calms, and builds belief.

This business started with heart, not a business plan.
And it still runs on heart today.

Half term is over, the children are heading back to school next week, and Easter will be here before we know it...

I sent the workshop dates to my email list a couple of days ago and bookings have already started coming in, which tells me many of you are planning ahead.

If your child loves being creative, enjoys making things, or just needs something different from the usual holiday activities, the Easter sewing workshops are a lovely way for them to spend some focused time. They learn to use a sewing machine safely and confidently, make their own projects, and leave feeling incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved.

I wasn’t able to run sessions this February half term, so I’m really looking forward to having the studio full again at Easter.
