Work trousers that don’t actually feel like work trousers 🙌🏼🤎

These trousers are honestly SO comfy — lightweight, stretchy, have pockets ✔️ belt loops ✔️ and such a lovely fit and length. I’M OBSESSED!!! 😍

I’ve styled them in both cream & brown for the office, but these definitely aren’t just for work! I’d wear them everyday with trainers and a simple tee or knit too.

Smart enough for the office, comfy enough for real life — & we LOVE everyday comfortable outfits 👏🏻

I never imagined I’d be single at 40.

My marriage didn’t work out. I chose to walk away.

But…I did find love again & my life changed in a way I never could have prepared myself for. 🤍

When you lose the person you thought would be beside you, you don’t just grieve them… you grieve the future you thought you were going to have too.

But somewhere amongst the grief, I’ve been learning how to live this version of my life.

To find myself again.
To enjoy my own company.
To make plans and look forward to things.
To get dressed up just because it makes me feel good.
To laugh without feeling guilty.
To make new memories while still holding onto the old ones.

I don’t know what my future looks like or whether love will ever find me again.

What I do know is that I’m not putting my life on hold waiting to find out.

You can deeply miss the life you had and still find beauty in the life you have now.

This wasn’t the chapter I expected…

but my story isn’t over yet. 🤍

And if you’ve found yourself living a life you never planned for too, I hope this reminds you that yours isn’t either.

Get up. Dress up. Show up.
And always keep going. 🤍

For new people.
New opportunities.
New memories.
New versions of ourselves we haven’t even met yet.

We’ve all had chapters we thought we’d never recover from, only to look back and realise just how much we grew through them.

So if life feels like it’s shifting right now, don’t be afraid of the space it’s creating.

Coffee or matcha = emotional support. ☕️
Taking your collagen like your life depends on it.
Discovering a clothes steamer and officially retiring the ironing board. 😂
And needing approximately 3–5 working days to recover from one night out whilst drowning in electrolytes to feel normal again!

Call me boring… BORING IS PEACE. ✌🏼😂

Young hearts run free… just preferably home by 9pm. 💃🏼
