“Men and women will never understand each other.” A false narrative we hear all the time right? 💭

🟤 The truth? Understanding grows when men and women are given intentional space to speak honestly and listen with curiosity. 📈

🟤 So we’ve partnered with .nyberg to create an intimate Supper Club for both men and women designed for exactly that.

🟤Join us on Easter Sunday (5th April) for raw conversations exploring how men and women relate, where misunderstandings form, and what a healthier dynamic could look like.

Plus enjoy:

🍽 Jamaican Easter-inspired three-course dinner (all dietaries catered for)

🥂 Welcome mocktail + soft drinks throughout

📖 Complimentary copy of The ‘Biblical Dating Framework’ by .nyberg

👀 There’s no prize for being the ‘STRONG’ one Sis

💭No one sees the way your breath goes thin and sits high in your throat when overwhelm hits. They don’t see the quiet buzz under your skin when the day is over, but your mind won’t switch off.

🟤Why? Because all they see is the capable, put-together “I’m fine” version of you.

🫂But we see you, Sis, and we understand you need somewhere safe and soft to land.

That’s why we’re gathering for Exhale Moments (Supper Club Edition) this International Women’s Day.

🟤Why?

Because community slows the breath.
Softens the jaw.
Unclenches what you didn’t even realise was tight.

Join us for:
🟤An intimate dining 3-course meal experience.
Honest conversation that pours into your soul.

🟤A guided moment led by Senior Psychotherapist designed to pour into you.

⏰ 2:30–6:30 pm

If you’ve been pouring without being poured into, this table is for you.

🎟️TICKETS OUT NOW 🔗 In Bio: Exhale Moments is an intimate dining experience created for women who are craving real connection, not surface-level conversations, but a space where you can finally receive.

🟤 The one who listens, supports, holds, and carries.

🟤 And is now craving a space where she can be seen, understood, and nourished in return.

Through food that carries memory and shared presence around the table, Exhale Moments offers depth, care, and connection without pressure to perform, lead, or explain yourself.

Here, you don’t come to give.
You come to receive.

Some seasons don’t come with language.
You just know something inside you is tired… heavy… craving relief. ⬇️

If you’ve been stuck in a cycle you can’t quite name, hear this: you’re not broken, and you’re not behind. Crawling is still movement. 🤎

Sometimes what you need isn’t another push, it’s space.

🟤 Space to exhale.
🟤Space to put the weight down.
🟤Space to remember you were never meant to carry everything alone.

If you’ve been searching for a place where you can rest, release, realign, and begin becoming again… we have something for you 👀 - 8th Feb 2026 👩🏾‍🍳

Lesson 5: If you’re feeling tired, misaligned, or like you’re constantly responding to life on
autopilot, here’s a reflection you can use to slow things down and see yourself more clearly. 🤎

Instead of asking “How do I keep going?”

Try asking,

“What response did I learn to survive this season?”

🟤Not to judge it.
🟤Not to force change.
🟤But to notice whether it’s still serving you.

🟤Because sometimes the work isn’t carrying life better, it’s choosing a different way to respond.

This is lesson 5 of Lessons That Rebuilt Me - a reflection series on how I’m learning to exhale,
realign, and respond differently.

Save this for the moments when everything feels heavy, and you need space to exhale, reflect,
and realign.

Lesson 3: Being a good, integral, service-minded person will drain you if integrity only ever flows outward. 👂🏾

🟤This year taught me that integrity stops being integrity when it doesn’t include you.

🟤Not because serving is wrong, but because self-neglect dressed up as goodness will always collect a cost.

🟤 A lot of us were taught (directly or indirectly) that showing up for everyone else counts as showing up for ourselves. But my body told a different story.

🟤 And let me tell you…exhaustion doesn’t lie.

🟤This is Lesson 3 of a series I’m sharing called Lessons That Rebuilt Me - honest reflections from a year that forced me to question the beliefs I was living by, not just the behaviours.

🟤So far, the lessons have been about:
• Releasing versions of myself built on survival
• Trusting God beyond outcomes
• And now - learning that integrity has to be whole, not partial.

If you’re in a season where you’re tired of being dependable, confused about why doing the “right thing” keeps leaving you depleted, or quietly questioning the meanings you’ve attached to service and worth - this series is for you.

🟤 If you’re new here, Lessons 1 & 2 are already up.
Take your time, reflect inward and journey with me 🤎

🗣️Lesson 1: The ‘Breakup’ I Didn’t Know I Needed.

This new series, ‘Lessons That Rebuilt Me’, is about the lessons that rebuilt me slowly, quietly and honestly.

🟤This year taught me that life is deeply shaped by perspective. Not everything that feels painful is meant to break you. Some things are meant to reveal what needs healing.

🟤 One of my biggest lessons was learning how to guard my mind in seasons of transition.

🟤If you’re navigating change and becoming a more grounded version of yourself in 2026, I would love you to walk this journey with me 🤎
