We’re looking for two experienced, qualified Nursery Managers to job share and help us build something genuinely exciting — a brand new Ofsted-registered nursery, right here at Finnegan’s World ✨

This is a role you’ll help shape from the very start — leading the Ofsted registration process, designing the learning environment, building the team and the waiting list, and setting the tone for everything that follows ☁️

Preferred:
✨ Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
✨ Minimum 5 years’ early years experience, including supervising staff
✨ Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training
✨ Strong working knowledge of EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
✨ Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
✨ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)

The details:
📅 Part time, permanent · Monday–Friday job share · Pattern agreed between two postholders
💰 £38,000 pro rata

This is genuinely rare — the chance to build a small nursery (max 27 children) from the ground up, not just manage one that already exists. If you’re an experienced early years leader who wants to be part of something special from day one, we’d love to hear from you 🚀
