Happy September Cats and Kittens! Thank you to everyone who liked and brought the Dolly Tree Topper this past weekend, it has (as always) meant the world!

Apart from glittering up the Queen of Country, I also spent the Bank Holiday finishing and adding purse frames to a batch of Boyd Bags that are now back in stock. By coincidence, before I heard the news I had started to work on a batch of Dolly Parton Tree Toppers, working towards my plan of a stress-free* Christmas restock.
Part of the joy creating the Dolly, is hand painting the different shades of pink to bring her vivid nature to life - and of course adding copious amounts of glitz to mimic her stunning stage costumes 🪩
As you can see by my Overlocker stage, Dolly Tree-Toppers are not just for Christmas and bring joy to any room! She’s also a constant reminder to ‘Be More Dolly’.

Yesterday marked the 42nd anniversary of the passing of the rugged icon Richard Burton - and as fate would have it, it was also the day I finished working on a new batch of stormy lover decorations. Who knew.

As much as I have to admit I love Richard for his dashing good looks, dangerous charisma and the ‘spend, spend, spend’ philosophy with Liz, he was also a phenomenal actor with fierce intellect.

And who wouldn’t want a dish like that to decorate their home? Here’s to you Richard 😘
