Role: Head Housekeeper
Location: Private residence, Regents Park
Hours: 8 hours per day, five days per week
Salary: £50K
Start: ASAP
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Housekeeper to work for a client of ours in a fully staffed household in Regents Park.
The Head Housekeeper is expected to report directly to the House Manager, and manage 4 members of staff on a daily basis to ensure the day to day running of the high spec residence. You will be expected to work with the other members of the management team to deliver the highest level of service to the principles. A candidate who is hands on and can lead by example will be necessary to ensure quality control is monitored.

Daily duties for this role will include:
Management of a full house team to the highest level of personal service to the principles.
Wardrobe management for principles to ensure all choices and seasonal requirements are met.
Constantly review housekeeping standards and future materials that may be used in conjunction with environmental concerns
Purchase personal items occasionally for principles
Laundry management and linen inventory
Ensure that all staff are performance managed and regular reviews identify areas such as personal and professional development
Care and Maintenance of high end items such as clothes and jewelry.
Excellent team building skills.
Help develop a standards and cleaning regime manual for staff to follow detailing products used on different finishes.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Deal with any security issues and escalate to the security manager and head of estates in all instances
Stock control and financial management
Assist in managing and controling staff rosters, time management, hire temporary staff and deal with basic HR issues.
Circulate throughout all service areas, bars, spa and rooms to ensure all service standards and operational flows are well maintained but never intrude the privacy of the Principals, their Family and Guests.
Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are followed and staff are trained and aware of their responsibilities
To be considered for this role you must;
Have 5+ years of experience working in fully staffed households
High level of Russian and Good Level of English
A valid up to date Passport
Must have good references
