The Otto Chain Necklace is inspired by the lucky number 8, Otto in Italian, a symbol of balance, strength and infinite connection.

Each link is individually hand-formed and gently hammered by hand, creating a soft, organic texture that catches the light and brings the whole piece to life.

And the expression fare un nodo, “to tie a knot” is about holding onto something important, making sure it’s not forgotten.

Despite the difficulties, this year has been very rewarding for my jewellery practice.

Not many things went as planned but this is life and accepting and adapting to change is resilience.

A round up of what this year has been is a way to farewell the old year and welcome the new one.

Dear Friends,
Thank you so much for another year of Nodo!

This year has been one of the most challenging for me.

Health issues meant I couldn’t work on Nodo as fully as I wished, and yet, I felt so much love and support, and had a wonderful Christmas season.

The studio is now closed until 2 January 2026.
All orders placed during the holiday break will be shipped then.
