The end of the year for me is about slowing down, intentionally embracing stillness and deliberately mellowing into natures quietness. The past year has been a sprint, but nature with its effortless grace is adjusting my pace, to a slower calmer rhythm to savour not rush. Morning walks along this beautiful path are becoming a slow forming ritual, allowing me to take in the beauty of my surroundings, a gentle nudge towards mindfulness.
