Its a really hard time for everyone right now and I know that on top of this all there are a lot of 2020 couples that are really worried about their big day. π
π₯° I'd love to have a positive thread to show the kindness of people throughout this time to try and keep our spirits lifted.
I'll start. π€
I saw this post earlier today from another local business offering to help Brides and Grooms go ahead with their big day and include live streaming to those guests unable to travel. This is obviously a massive financial burden on a business to invest in such equipment at a time of crisis, but it will mean so much to those who have booked through them. It is such a kind and thoughtful gesture. π
Lets start sharing all the positive things you have seen recently! β¨
Here at Evoke we've been using our time wisely and, while staying in, we've been looking at what may happen over the following few weeks and months.
We believe that there's a likelihood that weddings are likely to continue but that couples will ask only local guests to attend and elderly guests, or anyone showing any signs of illness, to stay at home.
This will inevitably mean that some guests will miss the day and the key personal elements - the ceremony and the speeches.
Therefore we've taken the decision to heavily invest in equipment to allow us to stream both these personal parts of the day.
If your wedding is booked with us and it is affected in any way by the Coronavirus, we will provide this service at NO ADDITIONAL COST. As we want to ensure that key members of your wedding party do not miss out on your day.
After this period of uncertainty, we will happily provide this as an add-on service for any of our couples.
