I've got a confession to make. I have a bit of a thing for a vintage scarf, although for some reason I never seem to wear them! What to do? Shall I list them in my etsy store for others to enjoy, or shall I keep them in my cupboard, just to take them out and look at them and then put them away again! Actually, I have thought about framing one or two of them as I think they would make a beautiful piece of art, or maybe turn them into a cushion?

Any other suggestions and ideas would be appreciated!

Yesterday, I went to the brilliant Vintage Furniture Flea in York Hall, Bethnal Green. There were loads of lovely vintage stalls and I found myself a bargain or two!

Now, this is not something I do often, but as I was up early, on the way home we stopped of in Victoria Park for a late breakfast, and I couldn't resist their freshly baked pancakes with banana, maple syrup, praline, fresh berries and clotted cream! It was delicious, very naughty but very very nice, and I enjoyed every bite 😊

Love this funky 1970s portable TV. It's in working order and looks fab, all the buttons are attached and working and just needs an adapter to get it up and running. Will be available in my etsy shop soon!

Just popped away for a few days and can't believe my luck the weather is glorious!

This handsome gentleman arrived this morning, and I can't take my eyes of off him! I think he has a kind and happy face, I wonder who he was?

This portrait has been made on canvas, unfortunately as a novice I can't tell how it was drawn, I think perhaps with charcoal. It is framed in a beautiful oak frame and is in lovely condition considering its age.

Found this stunning 1950s vase today. The poppy decoration on the front reminded me of the ceramic poppies in the Tower of London moat. Inside it is also painted a beautiful Scarlett red to match. Will be listed in my etsy shop tomorrow but if your interested before then, just let me know.
