As mother's day approaches, I wanted to reach out and celebrate the incredible work of our founder, and my wonderful mother, Tia.
Working together as a mother-and-son run business has truly been one of the greatest joys of my life. For over 10 years we have laughed, loved and grown together as we have worked tirelessly to create and maintain our true labour of love: IMMY London 🩷
From 6am mornings at Portobello Road to countless markets and incredible events, she has always been the heart and soul of our adventures.
She continues to inspire, encourage and guide me every day. She is truly one of the most beautiful, wonderful, and selfless people I've ever known, and I'm not just saying that as her son but also as a friend, partner and dedicated mentee.
She has continued to pour love into IMMY London and continues to support and help all that she encounters. Through the good times and the challenges she is always reliable, always present and always facing life with love, care and kindness. She is a true leader, inspiration and role model. I am truly blessed to be her son.
I would like to take this opportunity, as Mother's Day and International Women's Day is fast approaching, to encourage all of our friends, family and supporters to reach out to the incredible women in your lives. Mothers, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, sisters, daughters, friends and chosen family. We celebrate all of you and wish you all the love and kindness in the world.
