Lal Hatheli specialises in finest Bridal/Party Henna, Interior home decor & personalised gift items. We are highly creative and exceptionally unique in our work and take great pleasure in creating innovative and stunning Henna designs. Our work is intricate, beautiful and elegant. Our designs are influenced by a vast array of henna cultures ranging from Indian and Arabic to Moroccan and Gulf art.

We create customised bridal designs for each bride according to her taste, dreams & aspirations. We also have a range of uniquely devised designs for customers to choose from, making there big day just a little more special. We do not use black henna or any henna loaded with chemicals. Instead, we use a freshly prepared organic henna paste that is guaranteed to give you a rich and beautiful stain. We also offer a range of henna inspired home décor and gift items such personalised journals, cushion covers, candles, vases, makeup/jewellery boxes and children's bedroom letters/frames, all adorned with immaculate henna designs, pearl and gem embellishments. In addition to this, we also design henna inspired wallpaper and home wall decorations. We take bookings for charity/fundraising events, Eid parties/Chand raat and henna parties/rasam-e-henna as well as bridals.

We were invited down to the Side Street launch event and honestly… every single thing we tried was incredible. The kind of food that has you licking your fingers, stealing bites off each other and already planning your next visit before you’ve even left 🤤

Bridal henna for my sweetest client Maryam ♥️

She wanted an intricate Pakistani style bridal design with lots of rich detail, elegant symmetry and flowing wraparound elements. We worked closely from her inspiration photos and created this beautiful design filled with swirly vines, delicate patterns and statement detailing throughout.

Absolutely love how balanced and detailed this turned out ✨

Watch this before throwing away your old henna cones!! 👀

One thing about me… I hate wastage 😭
If I still have usable paste left inside old cones from my bridal appointments, I’ll always cut them open, mix everything together & turn them into fresh practice cones!!

Not only does this help you get the absolute most out of your henna, it’s also such a good way to make practice cones without buying extra paste. Different leftover cones can usually be mixed together too, especially for practice work, line drills & experimenting with styles.

The final texture is honestly SO satisfying once everything is mixed properly… smooth, creamy & stringy = perfectttt 👌🏼

Such an underrated tip for beginner henna artists ♥️

Pallavi wanted something full and intricate on the inner hands, while keeping the outer sides much lighter but still beautifully complementary to the inside 🩵

Her reference design featured a circular mandala in the centre, but I redesigned it into an oval shape instead to create a more elongated, elegant flow and better complement her hands.

Do you think I made the right call? 👀
