At the Mojo Kojo HQ we’re making an effort to recycle some of our waste fabrics!

In Summer 2019 we produced a large volume of clothing for retailers and A LOT of fabric was being used. With every item of clothing being made, there was some waste fabric that came with it. I just couldn’t let this waste fabric go into the bin so we stored the cut pieces of fabric into big clear bags. (All our fabrics are 100% Cotton btw)

We brainstormed what we could do with the fabric & one of our staff members, Mr Austin decided that he’ll make art pieces from them.

This is titled ‘Under the Sea’, we have just 5 of these and they will be on sale this Friday at 8pm. Sign up to our mailing list to get early access to purchase. CAN YOU SPOT WHICH FABRICS ARE IN THIS PIECE?

This is our first attempt at recycling from waste fabric and we hope to build on this by creating more recycled products.

Our company is not huge but if we can make these small changes its definitely a step in the right direction by extending the life of our fabrics!
