So yesterday I had a wonderful meet up with Mark. We chatted for over two hours I think. A lovely young man wanting to make a difference, and just because. Thank you Mark for your time, truly appreciated and a huge thank you on behalf on all those you’re making a difference to because I know my boy, Danny would be proper proud of you ❤️🏋🏻‍♂️

Today I Met Sue, Danny’s Mum From Lift Loud For Danny And Mammoth Power Gym In Lowestoft. A Truly Inspirational Woman. Thank You Sue For Your Time Today.

We Will Be Hopefully Collaborating To See If The Mens Walk And Talk Can Help Men Of Lowestoft And Surrounding Areas In The Near Future With An Event And If Received Well Would Love To Make It A More Permanent Thing. The More Help Available, The More Help Can Be Accepted By Those That Need It.
