This week I decided to experiment with something a little different for the cake shed * coming soon

✨ Biscoff Brownie ✨

A rich, fudgy chocolate brownie swirled with delicious Biscoff spread and packed with flavour in every bite.

These are still in the testing stage, but I have to say I’m pretty pleased with how they’ve turned out! 😍

One thing I want for my cake shed is a menu full of treats I’d genuinely want to buy myself, and these definitely tick that box. 🤎

A little update from The Cosy Crumb Co. 🤍

As much as we were excited to open, the recent warm weather has made it really difficult to safely store and keep our cakes fresh in the shed, as it currently isn’t temperature controlled. 🍰☀️

Rather than compromise on quality, we’ve made the decision to delay opening for now. We’re hoping to open very soon once the weather cools slightly and conditions are better for keeping everything perfect for you.

Thank you so much for all the support, excitement, and patience already — it truly means the world to us. 🤍

Please keep your eyes peeled for a new opening announcement coming soon!

It’s been a little quiet behind the scenes at , but for good reason! I’m thrilled to announce our official launch date: May 30th, 2026, at 10:00 AM. 🧁
I am now officially registered with the local council! Next up, I’m completing my Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen certifications before moving on to the best part—decorating the cake shed. While the admin side can be a hurdle, I’m tackling it head-on to make sure everything is perfect for you. In the meantime, I’m busy perfecting my recipes and hosting taste tests with family and friends. See you on the 30th!
