We’ve had in this beautiful Victorian solid pine chest of drawers in a classic 2 over 2 configuration. Features fantastic rustic character, original style turned wooden k***s, and sits on four traditional turned bun feet.

All drawers run smoothly with traditional dovetail joints.

Dimensions: Length 90cm × Depth 43.5cm × Height 93cm

Condition: Good antique condition with lovely natural patina.

Please note: There are some historic dormant woodworm holes (common for pine of this age). This has been fully treated as a precaution, and the wood is completely solid and sturdy throughout.

Available now to be viewed/collected from our workshop in Sway by prior appointment.

Delighted to have sold this beautiful dresser base this morning at The Emporium at Redcliffe Garden Centre! It’s been my favourite piece to date to have worked on and the first we did in the new workshop!

We painted it in Frenchic Paint Parchment from the Trim Range.

The top was finished in Frenchic Browning Wax.

Four customer pieces being worked on this week.

1. We’ve got a set of chairs in for a washed and Salt of the Earth (Lazy Range) finish.
2. Another set in that once sanded will then be painted in Parchment (Trim Range) and natural wood finish.
3. A blanket box that will be painted in the fab pink, Bon Bon (Trim Range) and a white washed top.
4. Finally a 6-drawer tallboy that will be painted in Salt of the Earth (Lazy Range) and have new handles fitted to it.
