Join us for painting and creativity just for Dad, grandad, step dad, awesome big bro or whoever’s your special man in your life 🫶🏻

Date & Times:

Saturday 13th June: 10-11.30am OR 12.30-2pm OR

Wednesday 17th: from 3.45pm- 5.30pm

Where: Lytham Ymca Mythop Road, Lytham St Anne’s FY8 4HB

Cost: £15 per person includes personalised footprint for babies/toddlers or Hand print or personalised design for older children

What you’ll create:

Babies/toddlers: During this relaxed session we will work with you & your little ones to capture a print of their foot or feet on a standard mug (or upgrade to item of your choice-just pay the difference) you can use the remainder of the session to add any details including name/birth date or turn your little ones prints into clever design for daddy or grandad. There will be plenty of time within the session to take more prints too if you wish.

Children: During this relaxed session we will work with your kiddos if they need help to create a special design for Dad or Grandad on a standard mug, any letter in the alphabet or figure in our £15 range (or upgrade to item of your choice-just pay the difference)

We’ll guide them through the basics for crafting success but they’ll have the freedom to design and create their own unique pieces.

This is a relaxed session- We are all mummies of multiples, we know babies & children don’t always ’conform’, we are aware we are likely to be covered in wee, p**p or sick, we understand that feeling when your toddler kicks off (we are here to help) and we really get that good coffee is essential! Yes it’s about getting a beautiful print but it’s also about you feeling relaxed, your baby & your other little ones being happy too!

Firing & Glazing: Once you’ve finished painting your masterpiece/s we’ll let them fully dry before glazing and firing them, our turnaround time from painting to your item being ready will be collection by Saturday 20th June but we will give you a more accurate timescale on the session you paint & will email/text you when you piece is ready.

SOCIAL SEWING availability…

We have squeezed in some more evening sessions for social sewing as dates were fully booking fast! These sessions are the perfect opportunity to bring along half finished sewing projects, ones you darent start, things you need help/advice with or simply just an opportunity for uninterrupted sewing time with like minded people!

We’ll get you inspired & motivated with your sewing...we also have 4 overlockers, twin needle sewing machine for hemming stretch fabric & years of experience to help your projects and skills progress!

Pretty pastels, William Morris prints, fresh florals and wonderfully ‘wofty’ (it’s a word we decided at the sample book class earlier this month 🤭🤣) waffle fabrics…

This latest delivery is all about subtle colours & delicate design, I get excited by bold prints but I know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea! This gentle range of viscose and cotton blends makes perfect summer dressmaking fabrics, there’s even been a few additions to our craft cottons too that complement the vibe 👌

All fabrics are now live on the website for a closer inspection or for those of you attending social sewing this week (or you want to pop in whilst sessions are running) you and touch and feel too 😍 …maybe even check out the ‘woftyiness’ 🤣

Happy Birthday Marley 🥳

Marley and her cutest girl gang 💕 made themselves these gorgeous personalised signs! This reception class knew all of there letters and names ranged from Mia’s 3 letters to Everleigh’s whopping 9 letters 🤭

There was lots of fun finding their letters, choosing rainbow colours & plenty of fine motor skills drawing, cutting and arranging them on their boards! Pom-poms made cute additions before the girls they finished with the crafting and danced the rest of the party away in the studio, finished off with a party picnic 🥰

What a great way to celebrate turning 5!!!
