Meet Trudi 💙

From Saturday girl to managing our Men's shop, Trudi has been part of The Golden Boot journey for around 17 years 😮

In between her TGB years she completed a Textiles degree at University of the Arts London, Chelsea, but what always drew her back was the people, the product and the buzz of shop life.
Working within a family-run independent business is something Trudi loves most about TGB. The team feels like one big family and over the years so many customers have become friends too, which makes coming to work every day so special.

From styling customers and dressing windows, to helping and organising our pop-ups, there’s never a dull day at TGB 🤪

One of the things Trudi is most passionate about is running, so combining work with a hobby she loves has been the perfect fit.
She has played a huge part in growing our performance running and activewear department, bringing in brands she genuinely loves and wears herself, including HOKA and ON Running.

From attending running buys to helping customers find their perfect fit, Trudi loves sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with fellow runners 😍

When she’s not in store, you’ll often find her out running with , proudly sponsored by The Golden Boot. Safe to say she spreads the love for TGB everywhere she goes — even on a run! 🏃‍♀️💙

It all goes on in-house here at The Golden Boot 🤩🎬

We make our own props, create our own photo area in the warehouse, style outfits from our carefully chosen collections… and even use our very own team as the models! 😂👏

This time it was Ed’s turn in front of the camera for our Spring/Summer Men's graphics shoot and we had great fun filming the new store and window visuals 🤩

Over the next few days our website will also be getting a brand new homepage banner… 👀

Now the big question is… which look will make the final edit? 😂
