Well, we certainly enjoyed this training session! 😂

A huge thank you to Russell from who joined us today to introduce our team to our fabulous new Italian footwear brand.

Beautiful boots, elegant heels, gorgeous leathers and some seriously clever comfort features… naturally, we couldn’t resist trying everything on 😍

Look at all those smiles, , we think this collection is going to be a firm favourite! ❤️

7pm and two mammoth buying days completed 🤩🇪🇸🤩🇪🇸🤩

If you’ve been following our Stories today, you’ll have seen us wheeling our cases around Spain… so you’ll know it’s not all glamorous showrooms and fancy dinners! 😂🇪🇸

lots of appointments, lots of brands, a LOT of shoes… and plenty of decisions along the way.

This was my first buying trip to Spain with Ed and it was a real privilege to be part of those very first selections for Spring/Summer ’27 🤩

Ed would normally make those initial choices himself, then bring everything back to the team for us all to discuss before the final orders are placed ... so being there at that first stage, meeting the people behind the brands and seeing the collections first hand felt pretty special and a real honour 🙏

By 7pm we were weary and heading straight to the airport for our 11pm flight home.

Shattered, but energised all at once 😍

One last look at our home for the day last Saturday … ❤️

We’re still incredibly proud of how our Golden Boot stand came together for Weald of Kent Ploughing Match ploughing match.

From an empty marquee to this.. complete with our DurangoBoots trailer, Ed's beautifully restored Landrover and a packed display of all your favourite country brands. A huge team effort from start to finish.

Thank you once again to everyone who visited us, shopped with us and kept us all so wonderfully busy 🙏 and of course to the Ploughing Match team for another brilliantly organised event.

What was left of the stock has now made its way back to the shop, just as new Autumn arrivals continue to come through our doors every day! We’re also busy trying to secure refills of your favourites that completely sold out on the day ... so watch this space… 👀

A slightly belated but very heartfelt THANK YOU ❤️

We finished packing up around 7.30 last night, just as the sun was setting after another fantastic Weald of Kent Ploughing Match 🚜🤠🐎🚜

It was an early start and an incredibly busy day, but we loved seeing so many wonderful customers 🙏❤️

A huge thank you to our small but spectacular Golden Boot team, including everyone who prepared and packed everything at the store, our team of five pictured here, plus the wonderful Mark who all played a huge part in our set up, working the stand and packing it all away ... a true team effort 👏❤️

The biggest Thank you of course goes to everyone who visited and shopped with us, and to the Ploughing Match team for organising another amazing event 🤩 We really are proud to be a part of it . Your wonderful comments and loyal support gives us renewed energy to keep on going ...

After a very long day setting up yesterday, our marquee is packed and we’re ready for the Weald of Kent Ploughing Match!
