Fabulous set of vintage Dasco (Dunkleman) Shu-maid Turquoise and Gold plastic shoe trees from the 1960s.

Turquoise plastic fronts and Gold coloured shafts.

The brand Dasco Shu-maid is stamped on the shafts and Dunkelman London Made in England marked under the fronts.

In very good vintage condition, on one there are some marks, looks like it could have been scratched. Doesn't affect the shoe tree, Perfect for ladies 1960s Stiletto Shoes. Fits a size 4 (37) shoe.

Chaos froze the zoo crowd, but Binti Jua moved with astonishing calm.

In 1996 at Brookfield Zoo, a 3 year old boy fell into the western lowland gorilla habitat and was inj*red. Binti Jua, an 8 year old gorilla, gently picked him up while her own baby clung to her back.

She carried him toward a service door where keepers could reach him. The boy recovered, and Binti became a global symbol of unexpected animal compassion.

This is a Vintage STRATTON Tie Pin which comes in its own box. Gold Tone . The theme is Equestrian/Horses with reigns.
Made in England.

The Pin is in good condition with some wear to the packaging.

This is a Vintage STRATTON Tie Pin which comes in its own box. It has an all over Gold Tone pattern. Made in England.

Length 5cm

The Tie Clip is in Good Condition as is the box but the box is plastic so not 100% without marks from throughout the years, storage.

This is a sweet little case, handbag size to store nylon threads to repair the runs in your Stockings or Tights.
Brown leather with gold lettering. It fastens with a press stud. There is a little sewing kit in the case but I don't think it is meant to make repairs to your Stockings. There are two little compartments for your threads and needles.

Nice condition, a few surface scratches but nothing too bad. Not sure why, but there is a staple, stapled to the case. I haven't removed it but I am sure it can be removed.
