1. Baba Yaga Boutique sells new and unused products only.
2. We post the products available on our page and include the photos, manufacturer's dimensions, price and description of them. The price includes all the taxes.
3. The cost of delivery is £4.45 (up to 2kg), which will be charged to you in addition to the sale price of the item (unless otherwise stated in the advertising post). We ship the products to England, Wales and Scotland by 2nd class signed for parcel by Royal Mail.
4. You can place an order by contacting us in a private message on Messenger,
WhatsApp or by phone. All the contact details are easily found on our page Baba Yaga Boutique.
5. You can also place an order directly during a "live show" on our page, by writing in the comments section; after the "live" please drop us a message to make it easier for us to find you.
6. We will confirm your order in a private message, where we will give you all the details.
7. You can pay by a bank transfer into our business account, details given in the private message.
8. You need to pay within 24 hours after we send you a summary, otherwise the products go back into stock.
9. After the payment has been made, please send us the confirmation details (screenshot) of the payment and inform us under what name the payment for the given goods was made, as quite often Facebook usernames are different.
10. We will also ask you for your delivery details at this point.
11. We aim to ship the purchased goods within 2 days from the moment the payment for given goods is received.
12. In case of any problems after receiving the parcel, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to meet your expectations.
13. You have the right to exchange or cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. You must contact us before sending anything back.
14. You are responsible for return postage costs. They will not be refunded to you. Please keep a copy of postage records.
15. Your item must be send back to us within 14 days of receiving your order in the condition that it was sent to you ( with the original label attached, unworn, unwashed, untorn and must have no stains, no perfume smell, no missing buttons, no marks or make-up anywhere on the product), otherwise we will decline you a refund.
16. Please include a note with your name, address and payment details so we can refund you accordingly.
17. There’s no return or exchange on SALE items. Everybody is very welcome but please note we will NOT tolerate any abusive behaviour towards ourselves and/or our customers.
