Something a little more personal this morning, so please be gentle with me.

For those of you who don't know I came out as non binary and in particular agender in the summer of 2019. My dysphoria has been slowly building over the last 10 years but I've tried to push it back. This morning is the first time I've actually addressed it and said yes this is dysphoria to the point where I came to work in my pajama shorts rather than wear the skirt that was making my skin crawl. This is why what we are trying to push for is so important and why I come to work every day.

What I want to know is what you need us to do to make you feel more comfortable? Any suggestions are welcome 🖤
