If in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase please get in touch with us immediately to discuss the matter. Whilst we are happy to refund any damaged or faulty items after seeing proof and/or they have been returned within 14 days (postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded) unfortunately we are unable to accept a return and offer a refund due to the reason

changing your mind and no longer wanting the item. For example because you do not like the scent of the candle. We kindly request you ensure your selected glittered candle is a scent you will like as regrettably we will not be able to offer a refund if once received you decide it is not.

Due to no longer accepting orders before Xmas and whilst I glitter the huge amount of orders placed I shall not be online to monitor the page for the next couple of weeks.
