**POLITE NOTICE**

Hi everyone! Thank you to everyone who has bought off me or liked/shared my post's it's very much appreciated.

In the last few weeks I've had a few instances where people have asked for personalised items and after taking the time to make the items I have had no response. Unfortunately this now means in future I'm going to have to politely ask that if you would like a personalised item I will require paying upfront .

At the moment this is more of a hobby as I work full time for the NHS and my husband also works full time so our time in the craft room is limited so it can be disheartening when we take the time out of our already stretched day to make personalised items and then get ignored once they're complete . Not only is it our time , but the cost of making the items also leaves us out of pocket and when they're personalised items it then makes it very unlikely to sell them on elsewhere because they're specific to the customer.

I'm sorry to those who have been very responsive and who never done this but unfortunately it's something I will have to do in future to refrain me from being out of pocket with made items that are just going to go to waste. Thanks for understanding 🥰
