We sell fabric (primarily dress & craft fabrics), haberdashery, yarn, dressmaking & knitting patterns. Additional to that we also undertake all kinds of sewing alterations and custom made items (including curtains). Here at Hey Ho Let's Sew we try to get all work completed within 7 working days. Sometimes we need to work to tighter deadlines and will do our best to fit in emergency repairs or last

minute alterations but to avoid disappointment please always allow at least 2 weeks notice for items brought in. For bridal / wedding party / Communion / Christening and Prom alterations we would advise you to come in for a consultation as soon as possible giving us at least 3 months lead time. Due to the volume of work we receive, custom makes (including curtains) will be arranged by consultation, with timescales set by our seamstresses in line with what we have on in our order book. Our prices are competitive and we strive to do the job to a high standard. We aim to make sure the local community have the services they need in our town.

If you need any alterations or you're planning your next sewing, knitting or crochet project, please pop in before then to pick up your supplies or book your alterations.

We'll be back to **business as usual from Monday 17th August**, and we look forward to welcoming you back then. 💚

Yesterday Rachael wore a dress she made herself to a wedding, and it reminded us exactly why we love sewing so much. Even though it can be stressful, and takes a lot of time.

From choosing the fabric, finding the perfect pattern, making adjustments, and adding those little finishing touches. There’s something special about walking into an occasion wearing something you’ve created with your own hands. And someone saying, ‘I love your dress’
