This weeks £8 cocktail of the week is the 1930’s Tequila Sunrise!

Created by Gene Sulit at the Biltmore Hotel, this is a classic that was lost in time after being modernised in the 80’s to become the orange juice heavy counterpart we know today.

The 1930’s Tequila Sunrise is crafted here with:

• Reposado Tequila
• Crème de Cassis
• Pomegranate syrup
• Fresh Lime
• Soda Water
• Angostura Bitters
