My very first custom bride to walk down the aisle in Ethan Leyland Studio.

13 months of designing, collaborating and perfecting the most important dress of Sophie’s life. What started as a email from a stranger, turned into countless fittings, creative conversations, and a beautiful friendship.

From my little converted garage studio in London to the converted church studio in Liverpool, Sophie trusted the process every single step of the way. Together, we created not one, but two looks: her timeless ceremony gown and a custom mini for the evening celebrations.

Sophie, I will be forever grateful you chose me to dress you for such a monumental day. It was an honour beyond words, and being there to celebrate with you both made it even more special.
