Hoping this one still looks as cute with denim shorts and tan sandals come next spring. I believe it’s just good practice to have a few good , loose size, seasonless items in your child’s wardrobe.

Feb we made it 🎉🌻 Who’s ready to get this show on the road?! If you’re starting to build your child’s capsule wardrobe then I have a little two piece for you! This is a play on our popular dungarees. I simply split them up enable LOTS of growing room. I added a cute ruffle to the top and now you have a cute top for cut off jeans and some comfy mom pants waiting for a simple vest and a day of errands with mum but looking super chic with it. 💐

Made from designer deadstock cotton sateen. Medium weight , doesn’t crease and holds its shape.

Obvs sustainability is such a buzz word atm and I fell upon an article on size sustainability 🤯 Wow something else to get me stressed about, great 🤣 but It got me thinking it’s actually a real thing! We grow upwards in and out. We need clothes to fit all seasons of life right?
Anyway, got me thinking of how I can implement it into kids wear - because they grow a hella lot. My sizes are quite free anyway, including my dungs! But i thought, what if I split the dungs in half?! Then they literally just adjust as your child stretches. Think adjustable roller skates 🛼 but fashion. It’s cute but conscious 🙋🏻‍♀️💖🌈 So let me know what you think and would you like a little range. Also I know you’re planning the outfit of the top with denim shorts 🌻
