✨ A day at the magnificent Speke Hall. ✨

Today I visited one of England’s most fascinating historic houses, looking for inspiration among centuries of craftsmanship, architecture, and beautifully preserved period furniture.

Walking through rooms filled with original oak panelling, antique furnishings, and remarkable details is a reminder of why I love antique and vintage furniture so much. Pieces like these have survived generations and still bring character, warmth, and history into our homes today.

Sometimes pieces arrive at our workshop needing a little extra care.

They are still beautifully crafted and full of character, but years of use often leave behind small scratches and signs of wear. Our job is to restore their appearance while preserving the story they carry.

Giving furniture a second life is one of the most satisfying parts of what we do.
