If you’re new here, let me introduce myself properly…
I’m Melissa, boutique owner at No34 which I’ve had for over 16 years. After all those years, we’ve recently packed up and relocated to our beautiful new home in Church Square, Market Harborough** — and I’m ridiculously excited for this next chapter. 🥂
Outside of styling my gorgeous community, both in-store and online, there’s a lot more to me than clothes…
I’ve been married to my incredible husband for 14 years. ❤️ This year he was declared cancer free after being treated for stomach cancer. I’ll be honest, it was a bit of a close call, and I will be eternally grateful to the NHS for making sure he’s still here with us. It’s definitely put life into perspective.
Then there’s our daughter, Marielle — aka Little M.💕 It took us 10 rounds of IVF to get our girl, so she’s very much our greatest achievement. Sassy, funny and stubborn I don’t know where she gets it from 👀.
When I’m not working, I live to travel, I’ve recently discovered a love of strength training in an attempt to counteract the joys of perimenopause 💪🏼, and I have absolutely NO filter 🫣.
I love reading smut… sorry, romantic novels.📚😂
I watch utter rubbish on Netflix because frankly, life is testing enough.
I have a dark sense of humour, largely thanks to life’s curveballs.
My favourite drink is Champagne. 🥂
Twirls are my chocolate bar of choice. 🍫
I spend far too much money on beauty products, my child’s wardrobe and travel.
And I have a slightly weird (but completely justified) obsession with all things Moomin.🥹 The world would be a happier place if we were all a bit more Moomin!
