We’re hiring at Watergate Bay.

We’re looking for fun, friendly and hardworking baristas to join our team for the busy summer season at our beachside coffee spot.

We have a few roles available:

1 x Full time summer role (Now till Sept / Oct)
40 hours per week
Weekend availability required

1 x Full time summer role (Now till end August).
40 hours per week
Weekend availability required

2 x Part time role
2 to 3 days per week
Weekend availability required

2 x Weekend barista role
Weekend availability required

We’re looking for people with barista or hospitality experience who are confident working in a busy, fast paced environment. Most importantly, we want people who love chatting to customers, working as part of a team and bringing good energy to each shift.

The role will include making coffee, serving customers, helping with food and drinks, keeping the site clean and organised, and being part of a friendly team right by the beach.

We’re after people who are reliable, positive, energetic and happy to get stuck in.
