Hello to all you gorgeous people who visited me at yesterday! (And to those who follow the adventures of Studio Pepita on here. Hi & thanks😉)

Yesterday was a fantastic day full of laughter, snacks, community, sunshine and sales - exactly the way a market should be, and down to the curation talents of the lovely liv and daisy ❤️💖

Saying goodbye to the summer with a brand new collection of patchwork hair clips, which have to be among my favourite zero waste makes. There's just something about pairing flower offcuts, tiny pieces of ric rac, and gingham ribbon trimmings that my cottagecore loving inner child just adores 🎀❤️💘

Who wants a little sneaky peek at the exquisite selection of trims I picked up on my last sourcing trip...?👀

Honestly, this little basket brings me so much joy - all the yummy colours and textures just waiting to be turned into gorgeous hair clips and jewellery!

Is there a hidden treasure in this pic that's your fave? It's the 🍋 for me. A wonderful lady snapped up all of my test pieces at my last market - she'd been browsing, then gone to have lunch with her daughters, then came back and said she couldn't stop thinking about them 🥹 it really did make my day, and I told her that. Aren't people nice?

Fond memories of last year's ❤️ I'm back again this Sunday for their big summer bonanza, and I won't *even* have to be wrapped up in thermals+puffy coat+blanket behind the market stall!👀🥶

My joyful wares and I would LOVE to see you this Sunday 🌈💕 Quite apart from the fact that I've got lots of lovely eco resin goodies for you, this area of kings cross is so much fun to explore.

Granary Square, where the market is, is totally covered so it doesn't matter what the weather decides to do!

You're close to coal drops yard and the rest of kings cross too. In fact, after the market I'm sneaking off to try hoppers, a sri lankan restaurant, for the first time ever 👀 very excited as I rarely get chance to eat much behind my stall!

I've perused this area loads and there's always something new just around the corner, across the bridge or under some stairs 👀 it's the perfect Sunday afternoon browsing spot, so come and see me and support a bunch of lovely small businesses! 💃🎉

Do you spot the odd one out 😜 I've been making up lots of my bestselling 'delilah' earrings recently, and as we're approaching summer I thought - why not try out some new colourways? 🎨🖌️

Starting with a lilac and orange inspired by one of my favourite bits of ribbon I picked up in Denmark. Seriously, it's been in my little pile of favourite things for an age 😜

So tell me, what colours would you like to see in this classic style? 👀 Something jade blue and sea-sidey has to be on the horizon 🌅 right?

A bounteous bank holiday of weaving 👀 in an effort to recapture a tiny soupçon of creativity, I've been returning to my roots and enjoying some frame weaving again ✨

I've loved looking at my stash of vintage trims and seeing how I can use them in a different way? And combining colours in a way that feels fun and exciting 🌈

Absolute bonus points for how tidy and low risk weaving is. Don't like the colours? Just undo the weaving! Start it again! You literally can't go wrong! 🤣

Biggest risk is getting a piece of thread on your butt, not ruining yet *another* t shirt as I lean across the desk and get wet resin on it 🫠

Just me reminiscing about last weekend's incredible ! I love spotting fellow colour magpies like myself - seeing your faces light up at my bright and bonkers stall gives me SO much joy. Which is the vibe of all the markets that daisy and liv curate 🥹♥️

Thanks to everyone who came down. It's so lovely to chat to people face to face, see their cute little dogs and babas, and tell them about the Studio Pepita story!
