As we head into our extremely busy season, using the booking link really helps us keep admin time down and sewing time at a maximum 🧵✂️

Here’s a quick guide to timing your fitting:

👰 Wedding dresses – first fitting 8–10 weeks before your wedding date
(Our 2027 diary is already open if you’ve ordered your dress!)

👗 Bridesmaid dresses – please bring these in at least 4 weeks before the wedding

✨ Prom dresses – ideally in before the end of May to guarantee completion before prom

🪡 General clothing alterations – currently a 7–10 day turnaround

📌 When booking, please pop the date you need your alterations for in the comments.

👠 For any length alterations, you must bring the shoes you’ll be wearing. We can’t pin the length without them, and you may need to rebook if they’re not brought along.

⏰ Always try to book in early – you’ll have more choice of appointments and can log back in anytime to reschedule.

📸 For any price enquiries, please try to send a photo of the garment along with what you think needs doing.

⚡ If you need alterations with a short turnaround, please message us with photos of the garment and what needs doing when you book your appointment, and we’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate.

✨ Booking Your Alterations Appointment – At Just Those Little Things ✨

With wedding and prom season approaching, our diary fills up quickly — so here’s a helpful guide for when to book your fitting:

🧵 General alterations – Please allow 1 week turnaround.

👗 Bridesmaids dresses – Book your fitting at least 4 weeks before the wedding.

💍 Wedding dresses – Your first fitting should be 8–10 weeks before the big day to allow plenty of time for perfecting every detail.

🌟 Prom dresses – Please bring your dress in for a fitting before the end of May to guarantee completion in time for prom.

Appointments are essential, especially during busy months.

Please remember, the earlier you book your fitting, the more appointment choices you’ll have available.

If you don’t require a fitting, you’re welcome to drop your items off during our opening hours.
