​We have successfully retrieved our stock and equipment from our shop following an ongoing tenancy dispute and lock change. Everything has now been safely moved into temporary storage, meaning we do not have immediate access to our full inventory to process new sales at the moment.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING OUR SHOP LOCATION & ORDERS 🚨

To all our valued customers and supporters, we are incredibly sorry to share that our physical shop at 83 Euston Road is now closed.

Despite our best efforts to resolve ongoing structural issues with the building - including a severely leaking roof that has impacted our space for months, ruining stock, forcing us to close the shop in May 2026 and triggering a formal lease claim for rent abatement - our landlord, through their agents, has today unlawfully changed the locks on the property without notice. This means we cannot get inside to complete orders today.

To our customers with outstanding orders:
We know 9 of you are currently waiting on orders to be dispatched today. Please rest assured that we are taking immediate action to retrieve our stock and fulfil your items as quickly as humanly possible. Your support means the world to us and we will not let this situation impact our commitment to you.

We’ve got progress happening at the shop today! While we're still awaiting repairs on the external water ingress, additional contractors are scheduled throughout the week, and we're feeling very optimistic.

​Today, I took the opportunity to revamp our one still accessible stock wall to highlight our kids' sale section.

​As soon as the back-of-house areas are safe and functional, we'll be ready to welcome you all back in to the shop.

This is a post we truly hoped we’d never have to write, but we are urgently seeking a local legal professional or firm specializing in commercial lease contract law. We are reaching out to others rather than calling around as someone else who follows us may have endured this too!

​We have been incredibly fortunate to have guidance from a family friend with a strong background in commercial law up to this point. However, given the escalating complexity of our situation, we now need a dedicated expert in this specific field.
​As many of you know, we poured our hearts, months of hard work and thousands of pounds into renovating our shop to build a brand we are incredibly proud of. It breaks our hearts that we have recently been forced to close our doors due to ongoing, severe building issues.

​We are currently trying to negotiate a remedy or a lease exit due to these recurring faults. Unfortunately, instead of constructive solutions, we are facing extreme pushback, threats and demands for extortionate fees. The situation has become incredibly frustrating and unsustainable for our business.

​What we need:
We are looking for a commercial property solicitor or lease specialist who can review our current contract and situation and advise us on our legal rights and next steps (on a formal, paid basis, of course).

Due to ongoing issues affecting parts of the building, which are unfortunately outside of our control, our Euston Road shop remains closed.

While these issues have not impacted the main shop floor, we need access to the space in order to clear and protect stock stored in the back rooms, ensuring it is not affected by any further problems.

Although our physical shop remains closed for the time being, we remain fully operational online. Customers can continue to shop through our website, with free local delivery and fast shipping still available as normal.

We are also taking this opportunity to focus on the continued growth of the brand and look forward to sharing what comes next.
