We couldn’t resist sharing these adorable new additions to the Baa-Kery Barn family! 💛

Meet our newest flock members — a classic white sheep and, of course, a very special black sheep (because every flock needs one! 🖤🐑). They’ll be taking pride of place in the barn and helping make our gluten-free café feel even more welcoming when we open our doors.

A huge thank ewe to the talented creators at HookedOnewe for these beautiful handmade sheep stools. The craftsmanship is absolutely incredible, and we know our customers are going to love them as much as we do. 🧶✨

We’re busy adding all those little touches that will make Baa-Kery Barn feel like home, and these two fit right in with the flock.

This bunny is made with chunky chenille wool that has flower detail on, coming in at 30cm tall.

This bunny is £20 plus postage.

The harsh reality of a handmade creator

Here is an example of what I charge for an item to be made vs what you should be charging

I charge £25.00 for a hot chocolate and some people believe that is too expensive.
I have broken my costs down below. Now I ask you in return would you work 24 hours for £5?

If I charged a minimum wage hourly rate the labour would go from £5.00 to £304.05.

Please remember when you are ordering a bespoke handmade item to give credit to the creator for their hard work.

Now that my gorgeous mum has got her cake I can share it with you all.

This cake has to be one of the best things I’ve made. The wool, packaging, accessories, stuffing, pattern in this kit were second to none.
