The First of its kind and after a fantastic taster session, the first block starts NEXT WEEK! Think messy play and French lessons all into one 😍

"🐸🇫🇷 Parlez & Play is a fun French sensory and play class for little ones aged 12 months–5 years, based in Hamilton (with plan to expend to other locations).
We introduce children to simple French words through sensory play, songs, movement, games and hands-on activities, making learning a language fun, relaxed and age-appropriate. Each class gives little ones the chance to explore, play and socialise while hearing French in a fun environment, with our French-speaking frog mascot Fanfan joining in the adventure!
Parlez & Play is all about showing children that learning a new language can be exciting, playful and something to enjoy from an early age.

🎉 Wellness Wednesday🎉

This week shout out is

I was invited by Gillian to come and get some reiki, something I have never done before and to be honest wasn't sure about it.
But we are all about health and wellbeing so off I popped to give it a go.

Well I was blown away, ridiculously relaxing and came out feeling like a new woman. I had no idea when I went that I would go from stress head to leaving completely calm even days later I am still feeling the effects.
